Job Overview: Oliver Wyman’s Horizontals Practice Group consist of cross-industry capability practices, including Digital, Operations, Organizational Effectiveness, Pricing, Sales and Marketing, and Corporate Finance and Advisory. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Horizontals leadership team and the global Marketing team to develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of high impact marketing programs that raise brand awareness and help build relationships with clients and influencers around the globe. This role requires excellent project management and communication abilities, as the focus of the role will be to manage and execute global, content focused marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: · Managing a global, cross-industry, content campaign pipeline: working closely with the geographical and industry marketing teams on implementation of Horizontals marketing campaigns -- from development, to execution, to post-execution analysis · Building and implementing project plans to ensure throughput efficiency against tight delivery deadlines · Communicating campaign objectives, execution plans, milestones, responsibilities, and results · Establishing and effectively managing expectations amongst practice leadership · Contributing to Horizontal marketing team meetings and planning sessions with Partners and marketing leaders across the globe. This will typically also include teams formed from our centers of excellence to address a specific project or need in collaboration with Horizontal resources · Working with the Horizontal leaders and Partners to measure sales objectives and marketing goals · Collaborating closely with the Digital, Operations, Events, Content and Social Media teams to ensure maximum marketing channel success · Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through the firm’s CRM tool, and using this data to continually improve the effectiveness of our campaign effectiveness in the marketplace · Following industry trends and providing competitive/ channel intelligence QualificationsExperience Required: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business · 3+ years of experience with marketing campaign management in professional services firm or agency · Experience delivering marketing content for different channels including social media and web · Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems · Experience working across practices or groups (global experience preferred)
