We are looking for a creative and analytically-minded Marketing Campaigns Manager with passion and solid experience in designing, executing and optimizing high-performance marketing campaigns to join our team.
As a Campaigns Manager, you will:
Cultivate deep insight into the target markets, develop audience profiles, and develop optimal campaign activities spanning events, digital, social and telemarketing components.
Create plans and forecasts to achieve all Marketing and Sales success metrics and growth targets.
Team with a diverse group of event, digital, analyst, content and automation resources to project manage and execute campaign activities.
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies spanning IBM owned Web properties, digital content and asset development, email marketing, paid media and organic search optimization.
Partner closely with Sales execs, Business Partners, and Product Marketing to align marketing plans with sales priorities and capture, qualify and progress opportunities.
Communicate ongoing performance objectives and gaps to internal execs and cross-functional leads.
You should be someone who:
Can act strategically and think creatively, particularly when identifying target audiences and devising experiences that surprise-and-delight.
Is on-point with the latest trends in event experiences and registration, and measurement and is eager to share their wisdom broadly.
Has a certain gravitas and effectively communicates up or down; able to sell "the big idea" whether it's strategies, ideas or recommendations.
Brings a "numbers-forward" approach, including: recommendations on event performance + optimization, audience generation, effective use of event tactics, and return-on-investments.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years experience in Marketing Management, Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Pipeline Management (or similar).
3+ years experience running projects (including budget) end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
B2B technology product and service marketing in large, matrixed environments.
Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills.
Current with ever-evolving global data privacy regulations and standards.
