Marketing and CRM Technology Leader Location: NYC, Hoboken or Remote USA or Canada Do you lead a team of SMEs that cover Marketing, CRM and Call Center technologies? Benchmark pricing and negotiate on behalf of the enterprise Act as the central contact across the enterprise towards the vendors Recruit and train a team What You Need To Have: At least 10+ years of Salesforce or other relevant experience, preferable in consulting Strong product-side marketing experience Have the gravitas, consultative skills and passion Possess a strong understanding of key products and their ability to transform the business Have recent customer-facing experience driving transformation at scale while also responsible for business performance Be highly motivated Have deep subject matter expertise across technology, partnerships, product road mapping and program management experience Experienced with large sale vendors, representing multiple and diverse businesses and regions Proven track record in successful vendor negotiations Strong financial background Marsh & McLennan Companies is a global professional services firm providing advice and solutions in the areas of risk, strategy and human capital.
