The Deloitte Encore Programis specifically designed to enable seasoned professionals who have left the workforce for two or more years to return to work. Work you ll do
We are seeking Consultant and Senior Consultant level individuals who are looking to broaden their technical capabilities to better serve our clients. As part of our commitment to be innovative and help foster the growth of our employees, we are looking for candidates who have 1-2 years of experience with various marketing technology tools who are interested in learning Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Individuals that join the practice will undergo an extensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud training and have the opportunity to shadow some our existing practitioners before they begin to work directly with our clients. Once trained, an individual will work within an engagement team and be responsible for identifying business requirements, designing automations and activities along with building SQL queries, architecting the journeys, AMPScript support, Mobile Connect SMS & Push notifications orchestration, assist in improvements of performancedesign, data extensions and data model, helping the developers creating cloud pages, adding value with Social and Advertising studio expertise, use knowledge of APIs in making recommendations to the platform Architecture, doing code reviews and supporting implementations that support Marketing goals (growth, engagement, brand consistency, or loyalty). We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.
We serve our clients through the following types of work:
Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development
(web, mobile, social, physical)
eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
Marketing analytics implementation and operations
Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
1 year of consulting experience and/or Marketing project implementation experience.
2 full life cycle projects with strong implementation expertise
1-2 years of experience with at least one of the following technologies:
SaS campaign Management
Teradata Integrated Marketing Cloud
Cheetah Mail / Cheetah Digital
Ability to travel to client sites 80-100% of the time.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field
Previous Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
Experience with Wave Analytics or Lightening
A strong desire to learn and passion for digital marketing, research and analytics
