POSITION SUMMARY

Focus of this position is to increase member retention through developing new internal processes and organizing and conducting member presentations; conduct annual member meetings in the Spring as well as ANOC (Annual Notice of Change) meetings in the Fall. Supports growing membership and revenue by participating in the development of and delivery of strategic retention. Works with internal departments to analyze reasons for disenrollment/dissatisfaction and collaboratively builds and executes work plans to increase member retention.

Fundamental Components:

Accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships with a locally-aligned book of business to ensure case renewal and retention. Responsibilities include delivering renewals, cross-sales, up-sales, and growing sales. Collaborates with Medicare sales team members and functional support areas on more complex product or service issues to ensure clients needs are met. Offers creative product and service solutions to address clients evolving needs. On an ongoing basis, monitors clients product lines and services to ensure customer satisfaction. Be able to professionally present benefit and plan changes at member meetings throughout the year.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Strong account management and sales orientation. Appropriate state insurance license to sell insurance as required by state law, subject to product sold for New York- Ready To Sell.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
