customers in the Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods Retail, B2B, Tech/Telco

and Media/Entertainment sectors.

B2B marketers leverage our data driven audience solutions to

accurately reach customers and prospects across the breadth of their digital

advertising activity.

As a Senior Client

Partner in our Business to Business (B2B) business, you’ll develop relationships

with the country’s most sophisticated B2B marketers. You’ll be centrally

located in our NYC, San Francisco or Denver offices, with the ability to work

occasionally from home. Some travel will be required.

Your sales track

record is, of course, the bottom-line measurement for your success. However,

this role is all about generating long-term sustainable account growth with key

existing or new B2B clients – the top spenders in digital advertising. You will

lead discussions focused on a client’s strategic priorities and business issues

that will ultimately enable you to reach your revenue goals.

The ODC leadership team will be looking to you to lead discussions at the

client directly but also coordinate with all related agencies and media

partners (for example Facebook and Google). And you’ll be expected to be a true

team player…working hand in hand with different product/analytics groups and

the solutions team to delight our clients. You will be required to build on

existing client, agency and partner relationship but also have the ability to

identify and develop additional contacts that can you help drive revenue for

newer accounts.

About the Job

  • Own

the accounts in your territory and grow the “book of business”

  • Understand

the business direction, marketing goals and media partner landscape of your

accounts.

  • Create

and execute account plans to unlock investments and drive client’s key

marketing objectives.

  • Prospect

and penetrate organizations to effectively execute against account plan and

drive revenue growth.

  • Create

an executive network within accounts in territory

  • Create

persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and ODC custom

audience solutions

  • Have

an ability to align ODC’s custom audience targeting capabilities with your

client’s marketing goals.

  • Collaborate

effectively with cross-functional partners within and externally to ODC.

  • Become

a subject matter expert in vertical and trusted partner who understands the

client’s business and industry as well as ODC’s competitive landscape for your

vertical

  • Exceed

sales goals for yourself and your team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 5-7 years track record of winning new business/sales in the

digital media industry.

  • Knowledge of audience

targeting and digital display, mobile, social and video technology

  • Understanding of how

to work with publishers, DSP’s, ad networks, agencies and their trading desks

  • Demonstrated results orientation:

consistent delivery of revenue targets and business growth

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle

  • s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
