Develops and manages detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners to increase and retain Aetna membership. Creates and manages cross-functional project plan development and execution, understands technical aspects and details of execution, develops BNA(s), SME for technical aspects of Request for Proposal responses and AIS solutions, represents Segment during AIS requirement sessions, troubleshoots complex issues and executes special projects.
Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:
The Product Implementation Manager position will be responsible for D-SNP Product Development and implementation of Individual Medicare products to downstream systems with a focus on quality assurance, ensuring end-to-end that what we implement is consistent with our product filings.
(*) This position is accountable for Individual Medicare Advantage D-SNP Product Development.
(*) Candidate must have experience with Medicare Advantage plans, bid mechanics such as CMS PBP filing, knowledge of local and state regulations, and experience with solving for the challenges unique to the D-SNP product.
(*) Understand and communicate CMS regulation changes' impact to benefit design and system set up.
(*) Ensure all CMS bid submission activities are on time and accurate with respect to CMS requirements, corporate systems requirements, and strategic initiatives.
(*) Ensure accuracy of benefit data in bid submission, member materials, sales/marketing materials, and internal/external websites.
(*) Work with local market and operational partners to implement new plans and benefits.
(*) Identify, research, and review large amounts of competitive, market, and financial and benefit data sets.
(*) Other product development activities and assignments as needed.
Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:
(*) 4+ years related cross-functional, project management experience including product implementation.
(*) Experience with Dual Special Needs (D-SNP) Plans.
(*) 4+ years CMS bid submission experience, including Plan Benefit Package (PBP) software set up, PBP entry, and Health Plan Management System (HPMS) submission.
(*) Highly organized and detail oriented with proofreading and quality control skills.
(*) Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
(*) Must demonstrate strong project management skills, such as multi-tasking priorities and facilitating/executing multiple marketing programs.
(*) Strong written and communication skills.
(*) Proven ability to collaborate across boundaries.
(*) Research analytical skills.
