Verizon Product Management Manager in New York, New York

What you’ll be doing...

You will be specifically responsible for helping Verizon validate the end to end operational readiness of new Video, Internet, Voice and Digital products and services prior to market launches. You will be keenly focused on understanding the customer experience and employ a variety of UX tactics to collect customer feedback to help improve the success of the new product or service being delivered.

  • Managing project plans and tracking to ensure cross functional team readiness and support prior to the start of trials.

  • Defining, developing and tracking the entrance and exit criteria to begin trials and ensure launch readiness, including all applicable success metrics.

  • Facilitating participant recruitment and the development of all communication touch points during the trial phases.

  • Track and present the ongoing trial scorecard and status for the cross functional teams.

  • Conduct executive level presentations to provide status of trials in progress.

  • Continuously assess to ensure the best customer experience is being provided for trial participants.

  • Plan and execute trial use cases and the overall UX plan.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Leadership experience.

  • Experience with executive level presentations.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.

  • Proven leadership managing large cross functional teams, including product managers, UI designers, technology teams, IT, sales and support organizations.

  • Demonstrated broad knowledge of Verizon Fios products and end to end process understanding from ordering, fulfillment, provisioning, installation, billing and support.

  • Customer focused with the passion to deliver the best possible customer experiences.

  • Tech savvy, with a solid understanding of emerging technologies and platforms.

  • Excellent oral, written, analytical and communication skills; can present project status and findings concisely and effectively to critical audiences.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • UX training or certification.

  • Agile development experience.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
