TITLE: Project Manager (Mercer (US) Inc. – New York, NY)

DUTIES: Manage lifecycle of projectsby developing projector lifecycle plan; assigning a project team, assigning membership and delegating tasks and responsibilities; and designing deadlines for key deliverables. Developrelationships across businesssegments and functions to help support the utilization and allocation of resources. Evaluatethe work productof team membersand provide resolution for disruptions or inconsistencies in their deliverables. Identify any problemsassociated with the project and develop and implement the appropriate solution.Develop and presentanalytics and reportsto Senior Management. May be responsible for managing a project budget.Participate in all leadership and broader business meetings or conference callsby designing and disseminating meetingmaterials and agendas;leading and facilitating team meetings; and designing meetingstructure and coordinating meeting events; and record feedback from meeting and providea summary to management team. Provide recommendations to leadership on ways to achieveaction items. Evaluatethe applications and/orworkflow process and provides recommendations to management on process improvements. Educate team memberson components of Mercer specific Project Management trends and tools.Use extensive ProjectManagement experience to provide training, support and guidance to team members.May provide peer review, as appropriate. QualificationsREQ’TS: Must have Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, or a relatedfield plus eight (8) yearsof progressively responsible experience in the job offeredor as a Employee Compensation Consultant, Associate, Analyst, or a related position.Must have eight (8) yearsof progressively responsible experience working withina multi-country and multi-cultural business environment: planningand executing largeand complex project engagements in various lines of businessincluding Health, Wealth,and Career sector;developing and presenting multi-year strategic plans; conducting qualitative and compensation analysis; analyzing industry issues includinglife-science/pharma, financial services,technology, and consumergoods; preparing benchmark studies on competitor analysisand market sizing,and regional, globaland industry policies; tracking record of global projectsand delivering againsttight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments; and developing new intellectual capital to support businessdevelopment activities. In the alternative, the employer will accepta Master's degreeor foreign equivalent in a statedplus five (5) years of experience.
