Consulting QRM Solutions Program Senior Consultant

Profile Summary:

The Consulting QRM Solutions Enabling Senior Consultant reports to the QRM Technology, Analytics and Operations Leader and is responsible for executing the Quality & Risk Management strategy by managing the work planning, project management and on time delivery of strategic initiatives related to mission critical QRM applications and systems that drive the value that QRM provides to Consulting. The key responsibilities of the QRM Solutions Enabling Consultant include:

  • Perform analysis and reporting of various QRM program components:

  • Perform compliance and statistical analysis of QRM data and reporting/ analysis using varied tools for queries

  • Develop and deliver management reports

  • Prepare presentations and related materials for management committee meetings

  • Perform quality assurance validation and process administration

  • Identify and problem solve anomalies and data integrity issues

  • Perform quality checks on all reports and deliverables

  • Serve as back-up for various internal processes, as required

  • Perform basic database related activities

  • Possess basic relational database system experience such as SQL Server

  • Write basic SQL queries (following samples and instructions) using existing database tables

  • Write basic SQL scripts (following samples and instructions) to do data manipulation

  • Monitor production SQL server processes and perform basic troubleshooting

  • Perform data management activities

  • Complete other special projects as assigned

Key Performance Expectations

  • For FY19, key initiatives include: Release 2 of the FOCUS application, Next Generation DEP (including the streamlined review intake functionality), Next Generation Quality Portal, and streamlined reporting relevant to Consulting Offering Leaders and Industry Leaders.

  • FOCUS Release 3 objectives include: providing leadership reporting into the risk content of the pipeline across the various portfolios as well as other identified/prioritized enhancements. Development, design, integrations and execution of GPS version.

  • Next Generation DEP objectives include: a streamlined engagement review intake mechanism, pulse check functionality, action items and follow up capability.

  • Next Generation Quality Portal objectives include: expanded early warning indicators, Exposure index as an estimate of the adverse economic impact expected, and incorporation of the Risk Sensing output from the CHAIDs predictive analytics model developed by Advisory.

  • Develop standardized, repeatable tools and processes.
