Verizon Sales Operations Manager – Enterprise Sales in New York, New York

What you’ll be doing...

This role will require you to work with the Indirect Channels (Verizon Partner Programs) serving the Business Markets segments. You will work closely with various cross functional teams such as Business Transformation, Marketing, and Indirect Channel Program office, Sales/Channel Managers etc. to create and execute Verizon strategy for the Indirect Channel to sell Verizon solutions. You will be responsible for strategically building and implementing the execution plan including communications, training, tracking results and addressing gaps with Indirect Channel points of contacts. You will be responsible for coordinating as needed with training (Learning & Development), identifying product/process subject matter experts (SME), support resources needed to effectively implement the plan(s) designed to drive increased Master/sub-agent penetration of new logo sales, as well as the XO migration project. You will create objectives in coordination and track the activities and resultsagainst objectives. You will be responsible for internal and external communications to the channel managers and partners including executive leadership. You will be collaborating with product management, product marketing and pre-sales/post-sales support organizations on a daily basis. You will be creating reports and presentations for audiences from executives to sales representatives and channel managers to the indirect channel companies. Presentation skills at all levels of management.

What we’re looking for...

Looking for self-motivated, energetic, results driven individual. This role requires coordination of multiple and simultaneous moving parts with timelines. The primary objective of this role is to execute Verizon strategy and drive sales performance from the indirect channel through activities whether its driving product awareness or identifying gaps in process that require modifications to improve performance through efficiencies. Experience in analytical skills; expected to track and evaluate results and create action items/activities based on the results, as well as financial acumen skills to help facilitate new promos and incentives that will drive behavior. Collaboration and communications among sales and other support teams a must to support the fast paced environment and quickly changing demands.This role deliver concise storyline and strategy updates for key senior updates and operational reviews. Also analyze business and performance metrics and report out on trends and strategic opportunities. The person be a strategic and analytical thinker who can analyze data to make appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations and shape business strategy.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Four or more years of experience in analytics, with good presentation and organizational skills.

  • Four or more years sourcing financial data to drive solutions, support or repudiate initial project assumptions.

  • Project management experience.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as finance, marketing and Customer Relations.

  • Experience presenting to executive level audience.

  • A degree.

  • Experience in presenting to all levels of management across the organization.

  • Formulated and implemented strategies within defined time frames.

  • Good skills in leadership ,electric presentation, communication.
