IBM is seeking a seasoned practitioner responsible for aligning detailed customer service business processes and requirements to SAP CR&B Utilities solutions (tools & applications) in planning and designing / architecting projects as well as providing integration and solution delivery oversight. Will work with and lead deployment teams to ensure sound and leading practice design, end to end integration to support business processes and utility business objectives.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Looking for 5+ years experience in the following below…
Experience in deploying and leading teams in the deployment of the SAP IS-U Billing module in electric, gas, water and combined utilities supporting residential, commercial and industrial class customers.
Extensive experience and oversight in rate / tariff design and build for all customer classes including complex bills.
Solution design of billing processes and procedures and support of billing programs such as a landlord, collective billing execution, reversals, and other billing specific procedures.
Deep knowledge of the technical and business master data and the integration points that enable the IS-U data model.
Extensive experience in the batch job processing chains and exceptions management process.
Multiple projects of parallel testing for billing and batch job accuracy.
