Marsh & McLennan Senior Analyst - Quality Assurance in New York, New York

You’ll ensure that incoming work is handled effectively, promptly (in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other deadlines) and accurately, so that the needs of internal and external customers are consistently met and exceeded.

You’ll need to effectively manage and prioritize a demanding and complex personal workload, with minimal management involvement while keeping management apprised of progress on key work items. You will directly contribute to the achievement of the department’s KPIs and take personal responsibility for escalation on areas of weakness.
Timely and accurate completion and delivery of Quality audits and reviews for populations and colleagues assigned to you, which may include pulling of samples for review.
Contribution to the content of quality reference guides and training protocols as well as participation in calibration sessions, as needed. Identification and escalation of trends and continuous improvement opportunities. Participation in peer reviews or technical training of new colleagues to team. Opportunity to expand skillset by assisting in issue resolution and control, including resolution of disputes by production teams, identification of trends and best practices that may impact organizations quality goals, change management around criteria changes and internal calibration efforts. Performance of peer reviews for the Quality team to gauge and drive team performance through improvement recommendations.
Opportunity to work closely with Supervisor in technical coaching and development to ensure all Quality Analysts have a firm understanding of performance expectations. Review files against technical checklists. Collate, structure and communicate findings. Support departmental activities to comply with industry regulatory requirements. Adhere to the Marsh E&O and Compliance Standards; Safety, Health and Environment Policy; and Departmental Procedures and Guidelines. QualificationsEducation At least Secondary or High School qualifications (or relevant experience)
Experience At least 3-5 years’ work experience, with at least 3+ years previous insurance or financial services experience
