Themission of our Anti-Corruption Compliance Group (ACCG) is to establish policies,processes, and controls to support the Deloitte U.S. firms compliance withapplicable anti-corruption regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt PracticesAct (FCPA). ACCG also has responsibility for compliance with U.S. economicsanctions.The scope of ACCG includes the U.S.and other jurisdictions, currently identified as U.S. India (USI), DeloitteConsulting India, Deloitte Consulting Germany and Deloitte Consulting Mexico.

Withthe Anti-Corruption Compliance Group you will serve as a senior analyst, and dutiesinclude but are not limited to:

-[if !supportLists]-> Assistingwith certain aspects of anti-corruption due diligence, monitoring, reportingrequirements and general project management

-[if !supportLists]-> Processing,analyzing and remediating adverse information on individuals and companiescollected from due diligence databases, such as Lexis Nexis World Complianceand Factiva

-[if !supportLists]-> Performinginternal and external research on individuals and companies to contextualizethe adverse information identified and its potential risk to the U.S. Firms

-[if !supportLists]-> Reviewingthird parties of the Deloitte U.S. Firms in the third party due diligencesystem, including addressing of alerts and action items and makingrecommendations of third party risk profiles

-[if !supportLists]-> Testing and providing feedback on newthird-party monitoring system implementations, including suggesting processimprovements and enhancements

Responsibilities

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Gaincomprehensive understanding of Deloitte LLP s Anti-Corruption policies and guidelines,and working knowledge and proficiency in various anti-corruption complianceprocesses and monitoring functions

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Assistmanagement in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, enhancing andimplementing compliance monitoring efforts and fostering a compliance culture;where appropriate, propose process improvements and enhancements

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Conductbasic and detailed research using Watchlist databases and online resources

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Draftand maintain desk procedures, process flow documentation for new/existing workstreams, as needed

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Reviewdeliverables to ensure quality and compliance of the team with firm bestpractices, including adherence to templates and guidelines

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Summarizefindings and proposed next steps in a concise manner

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Overseeand provide feedback on work performed by a team of first line of defense reviewerson their third party due diligence reviews and support recommendations tomanagement on the potential risk of Deloitte s relationship with a third party

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Applysound judgement and comply with firm policies on handling sensitive andconfidential data

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Independentlymanage workload and priorities with limited oversight. Coordinate with other team members tocomplete tasks

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Proactivelytroubleshoot issues and exercise discretion when management support may benecessary to resolve an issue

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Effectivelycommunicate and coordinate with team members in the US and India to enhance theefficiency and effectiveness of processes

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Assistwith configuring and testing the newDeloitte Third Party Risk Management Gatewayand associatedprocesses. Identify and track improvements to processes and enabling technology
