Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Customer & Marketing, Commercial Excellence & Experience in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Functioning as integrator between business needs and technology solutions. Creating functional and technology solutions to meet client business needs. Defining system strategy, developing system requirements and developing solutions. Architecting, designing, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures. Performing accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues. Working within a collaborative engagement model to help clients define, design and implement technology solutions. Defining business requirements and process design, including scenario design and flow mapping. Creating functional designs, prototyping test planning and execution, coordinating training and documenting operational support procedures. Performing business analysis and development to introduce new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Coordinating with Data Migration, Data Integration and Business Intelligence teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Implementing Salesforce.com Service Cloud solutions for service centers on Salesforce Classic using Agile methodology principles. Using JIRA and Salesforce.com to write test scripts for functional, integration and user acceptance testing and to conduct testing cycles. Utilizing Salesforce.com Cloud CRM to configure applications, write business requirements, map with Salesforce.com functionality, and implement Salesforce.com Sales Cloud solutions in Order Management, Pricing & Product Management, Account/Contact Management and lead conversion functionalities. Preparing, delivering and presenting business reports to clients using Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce Reports, Salesforce Dashboards, Wave reporting and JIRA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Engineering (any), Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the position offered or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Performing business analysis and development to introduce new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;

  • Coordinating with Data Migration, Data Integration and Business Intelligence teams to deliver end-to-end solutions;

  • Implementing Salesforce.com Service Cloud solutions for service centers on Salesforce Classic using Agile methodology principles;

  • Using JIRA and Salesforce.com to write test scripts for functional, integration and user acceptance testing and to conduct testing cycles;

  • Utilizing Salesforce.com Cloud CRM to configure applications, write business requirements, map with Salesforce.com functionality, and implement Salesforce.com Sales Cloud solutions in Order Management, Pricing & Product Management, Account/Contact Management and lead conversion functionalities;

  • 80% travel required.
