POSITION SUMMARY

This critical role is the day-to-day manager of content quality and value for the sales content platform. They will act as a key resource for content owners and will work with the Content Operations Lead to ensure content standards are implemented and embraced.

This critical role is the day-to-day manager of content quality and value for the sales content platform. They will act as a key resource for content owners and will work with the Content Operations Lead to ensure content standards are implemented and embraced. They should have a deep understanding of the platform scope, content and relevant marketing use cases. They will play an instrumental role in helping to onboard new marketing teams and users, in support of the change management and adoption workstream. This person will keep a pulse on content categorization and ensure platform architecture remains logical and sustainable. As a part of the Content Operations team, theyll be working to drive a more efficient content supply chain and develop new/different ways of optimizing the content development process.

  • Understand the day-to-day workflow of content creators and use this to inspire more efficient/effective policies and procedures for the marketing organization.

  • Act as the key resource for content owners as they add, edit and revise content.

  • Use platform insights to help inspire/inform editors/marketers throughout the organization when they develop new content, collateral and campaigns.

  • Be content resource (for users and teammates) for day-to-day projects and feedback loop from the sales teams

  • Be the orchestrator for content audits/uploads throughout the Salesweb Decommissioning plan. Elevate issues and recommend action.

  • Understand content owner needs/issues and be champion for those needs. Troubleshoot to solve.

  • Gather content owner/marketing feedback and (with a content lens) translate it into platform requirements.

  • Work with Content Operations Lead ad Sys Admin team to manage and execute on content standards and guidelines.

  • Train new Editors and Spot Owners around platform and content guidelines.

  • Lead continuing education campaign with Editors and Spot Owners to reinforce platform standards.

  • Assist in launch, training and platform demos to drive adoption in sales, marketing and product.

  • Act as the key resource for content owners as they use the platform capabilities to reach business objectives.

  • Work with Content Operations lead to host Quarterly Content Reviews for the marketing organization to drive improvement

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • 7-10 years of content management experience or equivalent.

  • Ability to work strategically and tactically as well as independently or part of a team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Need to be a savvy, flexible, problem solver.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
