Work you ll do
Analytics & Cognitive
Analytics & Cognitive Senior Managers will work with our clients to:
Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements

The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.
As a Deloitte Senior Manager you will manage and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions. Our Senior Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
Engagement Management: manage engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting, manage accounts receivable, define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from client top management
Business Development: develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to proposal pricing strategy
Practice Development & Eminence: develop solutions and methodologies, develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals
People Development: perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm s staffing process and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
- 10 years of consulting experience with deep domain and expertise working with clients in the Technology sector, high-tech companies in software, semiconductor, cloud, analytics, cyber networking and personal computing or equivalent experience working directly for a firm in the high-tech space.
o Data modernization, Customer MDM (customer data platforms, lead to cash, customer analytics, product data, cloud platforms, supply chain platforms) and financial data platforms.
o Automation experience; Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and robotics & cognitive automation across the supply chain (procurement aspects) and finance (Zendesk) .
o Data Science Using data across sales, finance and customer service operations.
Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Ability to travel 80%
Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
