We are looking for a Scrum master forour Agile Scrum team that delivers Sales Front End technology solutions forSales and Sales Support teams. Thesolutions delivered are focused on CRM and Order Management Systems. This team focuses on introducing newtechnology as well as improving and maintaining existing internal tools.
Guide and coach the team and organization tofollow Agile/Scrum practices
Guide and coach the team to becomeself-organized
Supporting and educating the Product Owner ongrooming and maintaining the product backlog and coaching on Agile/Scrumpractices
Facilitate getting the work done withoutcoercion, assigning, or dictating the work
Facilitate discussion, decision making, andconflict resolution
Improve transparency within the team
Help the team assess their ‘Scrum Maturity’and higher levels of maturity
Guide the team to find the right personwithin the organization that can help them
Build a safe and trusting environment whereconflicts can be managed in a healthy way without fear of blame
Experience in playing the Scrum Master rolefor at least two years for a software development team that was diligentlyapplying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Good skills and knowledge of servantleadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continualimprovement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Knowledge of various well-documented patternsand techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example:numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs,etc.)
Experience with Jira as a tool for Scrumbased projects
Experience with the SAFe Scaled AgileFramework
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified ScrumProfessional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
2 years of experience with agile practices,patterns and techniques
Experience in delivering Salesforce.comsolutions
Advertising Sales experience
