We are actively seeking a consultative Client Advisor for our Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Client Advisors perform these key responsibilities:

  • Produce strategic account plan to develop and nurture new and existing accounts in the Communication Sector

  • Identify and sell innovative solutions to create effective solutions for our customers

  • Lead executive solution sessions with clear understanding of client pain points.

  • Execute relevant contractual agreements

  • Manage your book of business through accurate forecasting and communication with colleagues and leadership

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

  • Previous experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, either as a user or in development

  • 7+ years selling experience within an enterprise software/services environment that carried an annual quota, with at least 3 years in the Communications Sector

  • Proven track record of nurturing C-level clientele and closing seven-figure transactions

  • Experience with Channel Management

  • ROM, TCO, ROI Development Skill Sets

  • Exceptional communication skills
