Work you ll do
The Office of the CIO (OCIO) Strategy Senior Manager will work to develop and obtain executive buy-in on technology strategies, technology operating models, and implement strategic initiatives and projects across US technology organization. The Senior Manager will also consult with internal clients, understand and define scope, articulate approach, engage project team and key stakeholders, develop and execute on project plans, and develop recommendations or implementation plans. The senior manager may also be required to provide input on and support the global technology organization, as often the US strategy influences our global initiatives and vice versa.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
Conduct and present research and analysis, including market, competitive, economic, industry trends. Analyze and synthesize secondary research; lead primary intelligence gathering as needed
Manage complex projects with multiple work streams and multiple executive stakeholders; coordinate and facilitate strategy discussions with senior leaders
Ensure the logic, accuracy, and appropriate scope of fact-bases with which to inform strategic analyses
Develop content for and coordinate executive workshops and socialization
Manage and review the completion of detailed financial and non-financial analyses that can be used to evaluate opportunities or assist in making key strategic decisions. Develop recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements. Presents insight to senior leadership.
Develop executive level communications and presentations to display and communicate strategic, operational and financial information. Develop leadership-level presentations from initial storyboarding to logical structuring to presentation and delivery.
Provide support to Managing Director to execute Office of CIO responsibilities as necessary.
Provide management and day-to-day oversight of team members.
