Work You ll DoProvide development and sustainment services for our clients, both pre and post-implementation. Act as a key Solution Architect for the implementation and/or support of various applications built on Salesforce. Work with Platform Architects and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and platform architecture. Advise clients regarding the ability of Salesforce.com to support decision making and achieve business goals. Liase with clients to gather functional and technical requirements, model business processes and complete functional and technical solution designs. Lead teams responsible for developing and deploying Force.com cloud applications using Salesforce.com configuration, Apex classes, Visual Force pages, Triggers, and JQuery. Utilize Salesforce.com configuration to enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications and customize to extend functionality using Apex and VisualForce pages. Designing system integrations using Open Architecture standards including Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Representational State Transfer (REST) Web Services. Oversee the integration of Force.com applications with enterprise in-house applications using Middlewares including IBM WebSphere Cast Iron, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SOAP and REST Web Services. Direct teams in performing data migrations and integrations of complex Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using ETL/Middleware tools including IBM WebSphere Cast Iron, and SSIS. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, MIS, or a related field.Five years of progressively responsible experience providing IT consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have five years of experience with:Advising clients regarding the ability of Salesforce.com to support decision making and achieve business goals;Working with clients to gather functional and technical requirements, model business processes and complete functional and technical solution designs;Developing and deploying Force.com cloud applications using Salesforce.com configuration, Apex classes, Visual Force pages, Triggers, and JQuery;Utilizing Salesforce.com configuration to enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications and customize to extend functionality using Apex and VisualForce pages;Designing system integrations using Open Architecture standards including SOAP and REST Web Services;Integrating Force.com applications with enterprise in-house applications using Middlewares, including IBM WebSphere Cast Iron, SSIS, and SOAP and REST Web Services; andPerforming data migrations and integrations of complex ETL processes using ETL/Middleware tools including IBM WebSphere Cast Iron, and SSIS.In the alternative, the employer will accept a master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.Any combination of education or experience is acceptable.80% travel required.
