CBRE is seeking a SVP, Strategy & PMO to lead global strategic planning and PMO.

SVP, Strategy & PMO

The Chief Operating Officer will be a key member of the CBRE team responsible for leading CBRE strategic planning and PMO processes from development to execution. Reporting to the Global CEO, this role will bring a strategic perspective and allow drive consistent process and information sharing across the organization to scale operationally. The SVP, Strategy & PMO will be tasked with establishing polices that promote our company culture and vision through its operations.

Responsibilities

Identify and manage strategic initiatives that increase operational efficiency across a global company

Ability to develop strategic plans, with the support of the leadership team to drive business results

Data-driven and results-oriented approach, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders to effectively and efficiently prioritize, execute, and deliver on a roadmap

Stay attuned to CBRE priorities and adjust PMO programs to keep pace with the changing needs of the business

Facilitate agility and responsiveness to new and emerging priorities

Manage overlap between people, processes, and technologies to drive organizational change

Identify areas of greatest strategic priority within growth goals and lead execution

Support product lifecycles with actionable product deliveries, working closely with Product Managers to contribute to product planning and lead execution, release and deployments

Collaborate with our CEO on five- and ten-year plans for corporate growth and evolution

Ensure all program initiatives align with company’s core values and culture

Understand business stakeholders objectives and develop project portfolios that help them meet and exceed those objectives with a proven ability to inspire, collaborate with, and influence said business partners

Proven ability to navigate and succeed in a highly matrixed organization

Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights

Act as a Center of Excellence for both program and product management disciplines

Solid understanding of technology-project systems-development lifecycles, both agile and waterfall

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills, both practiced and impromptu

Must be able to travel both domestic and international

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in operations, program management and strategy

MBA preferred

Experience in management consulting, startups and real estate

High level understanding of all business functions such as, IT, HR, Finance, Marketing

Strong business acumen with track records of scaling organizational excellence

Knowledge of cost discipline
