Technology Modernization Senior Associate Location: NYC This role is part of the Technology Modernization Program team within the Office of the CIO, The Technology Modernization Program is a multi-year enterprise-wide program. The objectives include greater speed to market of technology solutions, support of digital strategies, financial savings for reinvestment, enabling greater colleague engagement and supporting greater insights for clients through data and analytics. The program is organized into pillars aimed at enterprise architecture, agile development, tech talent, application modernization, cloud strategy, and a digital workplace What Can You Expect? This Senior Associate focuses on supporting the technology modernization workstreams, along with other responsibilities for of the Office of the CIO (e.g., strategic planning, budgeting, technology risk management and data privacy and protection). Develop and deliver written and verbal communications to key decision makers. Develop business cases and ad hoc analysis. Develop and maintains project plans, identifies and tracks milestones, monitors task executions and identifies and mitigates risks. Support the Office of the CIO Chief of Staff with budgets, forecasts, strategic planning, governance, metrics and data protection and privacy projects. Collaborate with Technology Modernization Leader, Principal, and Managers to provide technology operating model recommendations to the Technology Leadership Team, business unit Chief Operating Officers and the MMC Executive Committee Demonstrate persuasive verbal communication skills, strong data visualization and PowerPoint skills and an ability to develop the narrative for sections of presentations. Demonstrate strong analytical skills, Excel skills and an ability to develop financial models What You Need To Have : MBA preferred 2-5 years of experience within a management or technology consultancy, or with business technology, business analysis, digital transformation, or a similar profile. Demonstrates strong analytical and Excel skills, and an ability to develop financial models. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
