JOB SUMMARY

Deloitte Services LP has an opening for a bilingual Senior Program Specialist who will assist in designing, managing, implementing integrated marketing programs, and supporting other initiatives for Deloitte USCSG. This position will report to Deloitte USCSG Operations Leader and work closely with the entire Deloitte USCSG team in support of Deloitte s business objectives and strategic initiatives on China. The successful candidate should possess high degree of fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin.

JOB LOCATION: New York

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main responsibility is to assist in developing and executing strategic marketing programs for lead generation, branding, communication, outbound messaging, internal eminence building and internal project support. We are looking for candidates who have solid bilingual skills, strong communication & marketing skills in writing, presentation, and bilingual translation to support the needs across industries, geographies and service lines. Additional responsibilities to include data analytics of CSG services and marketplaces.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Support

  • Work with Deloitte USCSG Leader to plan and execute a full complement of marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance market positioning for Deloitte, which may include:

  • Designing and executing events geared toward client education, relationship building and revenue growth, including but not limited to: client roundtables, conferences, seminars, and trade shows

  • Managing and supporting content development related to our service capabilities, practice qualifications, etc.

  • Collaborating with PR on media relations activities

  • Collaborating with internal communications to build awareness of marketing resources, programs, results, etc. across the practice and across the US Firms

  • Proposal writing, tracking, monitoring, reporting and evaluating integrated marketing activities and accomplishments

  • Collaborate/Coordinate with appropriate resources from the US Firms, including subject matter specialists, market leaders, client service professionals, business development managers, marketing and communications personnel, knowledge managers, and various shared services, to execute and/or leverage integrated marketing programs.

Internal Support

  • Work closely with the business professionals (audit, tax, advisory, consulting, etc.) within the US firm to build a strong CSG community.

  • Build strong relationship with the Deloitte China firm through collaboration.

  • Coordinate, and/or support the projects related to the US CSG group and collaborate/coordinate with the Global CSG team to foster communication within the Global CSG network.

  • Perform necessary data analysis work to better understand CSG services and marketplaces. Requires QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant experience, preferably in a professional services or business-to-business marketing and communications environment

  • Sound knowledge of marketing fundamentals and US/China business environment/marketplace

  • Computer & Language Skills

  • Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Some knowledge of financial reporting and data analytics

  • Important attributes

  • Have ability to perform in a matrix environment and in a virtual work environment (e.g., managing projects with team members in multiple locations)

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines

  • Should be prepared to get into detailed work as well as provide strategic counsel/support (a "can-do" attitude)

  • Have good interpersonal skills and strong negotiation, problem solving, and project management skills (including event management)

  • Possess ability to work with ambiguity, take initiative, be self-motivated to complete projects independently with appropriate direction/feedback, and interact with all levels of management
