This position will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of workplace consulting. The activities include but are not limited to:
Supporting engagement managers on various projects
Leading components of research activities
Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from research such as surveys, utilization studies, and focus groups
Conducting and synthesizing research from internal and external sources
Supporting the development of client communications and change management plans
Contributing to recommendations and client deliverables
Traveling to client sites across the U.S. (up to 50% at peak periods)

Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of real estate, design or consulting
Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfort in translating large data sets into compelling findings
Ability to present and articulate ideas and analyses
Excellent written communication skills
Strong listening skills
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and complex challenges
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams
Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate willingness to take on new responsibilities
Ability to work independently upon receiving direction from others
Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Experience working with other software preferred (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD/Revit)
