Short Description

ProSolutions Branch Managers lead and direct a Rental location which focuses on providing Power and Climate Control Solutions to customers including: Environmental and Restoration, Refineries and Petrochemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Sewer/Water/Municipal, Underground and General Contractors, Pipelines, Utilities and Industrial Facilities, Mining/Quarries, Entertainment and Special Events. They implement strategy to achieve and sustain positive revenue growth while providing the highest standard of customer service, safety and productivity among branch employees. Branch Managers identify areas of improving a location’s competitive position through managing all aspects of the operation, including fleet, staffing, equipment rental, service and sales.


Drive sales and revenue growth

Develop and maintain relationships with customers through independent efforts and involvement with sales team

Identify, hire, train and develop talent

Fleet management and identification of fleet needs

Full profit and loss responsibility

Ensure communication between all employees to drive operational efficiency, maximize revenue, and control costs

Oversee safety plans and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards

Manage employee relations matters in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures


Professional Experience

Educational Background

Bachelor - Business-related field and/or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
