You will manage a diverse cybersecurity team in fast-paced DoD/Navy environments with limited oversight;

  • track performance of team members to assess compliance with time and other requirements;

  • establish a process for prioritizing assignments and managing workload to improve team productivity;

  • Formulate and implement plans for recovery, reprioritizing work or otherwise handling emergencies, disruptions and unanticipated events;

  • Develop and implement a team management and development strategy; and

  • Other similar or related tasks as may be required to support management reporting requirements as they arise.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Four (4) to eight (8) years of program management experience within Department of Defense or Department of Navy, preferably in cybersecurity, with a proven track record for managing technical teams;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent;

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related field; and

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance.
