As an IT Support Consultant, you will provide program management support to the Feeder Systems Consolidation Operations Team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide Tier II CFMS application support, to include supporting Help Desk operations and documenting/ updating/ resolving trouble tickets (iTracker).

  • Design and develop CFMS reports using Cognos BI.

  • Coordinate and track BSO migration readiness and post deployment support activities for assigned BSO.

  • Coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders on updates to project status, risks/issues, and schedules.

  • Help prepare materials/ briefings and support stakeholder meetings.

  • Prepare project communications for various audiences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with one or more of the following: system implementation, ITSM/Help Desk Support, COGNOS BI reporting, IT Audit, IT System Controls, or FISCAM and RMF Implementation

  • 5 years of full-time (excluding internships) experience within the past 10 years of progressive experience in the accounting field of Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems (degree flexiblity: Economics, Business, Public Policy or related field)

  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of CFMS application (preferred) or other feeder systems

  • CERTIFICATION: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) issued by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) that is current and in good standing

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
