Job Description

Primary Purpose:

Consults with business partners to design, develop and deploy learning programs in support of Norfolk Southern's strategic objectives.

Principal Duties:

  • Consult with business to identify organizational effectiveness solutions

  • Consult with Business to anticipate, plan for and meet training needs

  • Works with Collaborative team to review and revise established training solutions to ensure effectiveness. Selects and develops training materials.

  • Measures and analyzes the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Administers programs, enrollment, records and reports via the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Delivers a broad range of training programs that increase job knowledge, develop skills, and influence behavior

  • Provides research and benchmarking support

  • Provides talent development support and consulting to ensure successful execution of talent identification and development planning processes.

  • Job Related Experience:

  • Minimum Level: 3-5 years Preferred Level: 6-10 years Education: Preferred Level: Bachelor's Degree (BA) Preferred Majors:
