Consults with business partners to design, develop and deploy learning programs in support of Norfolk Southern's strategic objectives.
Consult with business to identify organizational effectiveness solutions
Consult with Business to anticipate, plan for and meet training needs
Works with Collaborative team to review and revise established training solutions to ensure effectiveness. Selects and develops training materials.
Measures and analyzes the effectiveness of training programs.
Administers programs, enrollment, records and reports via the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
Delivers a broad range of training programs that increase job knowledge, develop skills, and influence behavior
Provides research and benchmarking support
Provides talent development support and consulting to ensure successful execution of talent identification and development planning processes.
Job Related Experience:
