Reports to the Senior Director, Sales, Ag Central.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with senior director as well as rest of the Ag Central team to develop and maintain customer and market information

  • Compile and communicate up-to-date competitive market environment data relative to the Ag Central footprint

  • Provide sales support to senior director, key managers, and key customers on a monthly/quarterly basis including sales forecasts, sales reports, and customer overview reports

  • Establish and maintain strong communication with other Nutrien groups to support sales and service to customers within the Ag Central Region (i.e., marketing, customer experience, and transportation)

  • Entry of contractual sales agreements and monitoring of shipping performance against contracts

  • Must be willing to travel within territory and to industry meetings

What you will bring:

  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, marketing, finance, or related field

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, product management, customer experience, or a related field

  • Developed customer service skills

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives with analytical and reporting capabilities

  • Motivated self-starter with results and solution orientation and the ability to sustain a professional growth strategy while working independently

  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills

  • Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office components Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong understanding of internal operating systems (SAP, MSS, HANA) to extract data into valuable/reliable reports

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Basic understanding of the fertilizer market
