Job Description

This role will participate on and assist with cross-functional customer journey teams to map current and future state customer experiences, identify customer journey pain points, perform root cause analysis, and identify solutions to address pain points and achieve future state. They will partner with AORs across the organization on solution design, communicate progress of journey efforts, and manage solutions that Customer Experience owns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop plans and execute moderately complex intermediate level projects, and influence the work of others through project and program execution

  • Coordinate recurring meetings with cross-functional teams and AOR partners to discuss initiative design and progress

  • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into meaningful ideas and approaches to enhance the customer experience

  • Evaluate and provide tactical feedback on new and existing initiatives that impact customer experience

  • Measure journey level KPIs, evaluate, and document initiatives to create repeatable, scalable best practices

  • Recommend solutions that challenge the status quo to drive improvement and innovation

  • Collaborate and consult with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop communication plans

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 3+ years managing projects and program execution

  • 5-10% travelCertificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • NoneFunctional Skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Demonstrates clear, concise and effective presentation and written communication skills

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Proactive self-starter and highly capable of independent work with limited leader direction and support

  • Ability to think conceptually, analytically and creatively

  • Curious, driven individual not afraid to challenge the status quo

  • Interpersonal skills required to manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners to collaborate effectively
