Position Title Subject Matter Expert-IT – Dept of State GSE&SC Contract

This is a contingency posting depending upon successful award of the Department of State Global Security Engineering &Supply Chain contract.
Purpose and Scope:
Maintain data files and control procedures for a complex system of networked computers or for a single group of microcomputers linked to a host workstation, or mainframe.
Essential Responsibilities :
Responsible for system security and data integrity.
Assign passwords and monitors use of resources, backs up files as required and responds to management requests for information.
Provide technical guidance to users and less experienced systems administrators.
Perform other related or associated duties as required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience and seven years of related experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
