Account Manager – Aviation

The role

This role will involve managing existing client relationships whilst working to continuously identify and develop new opportunities for revenue generation. Exceptional service to us means being passionate about your role and the industry, your clients and the work you deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Managing key client relationships, by means of client communication and market negotiation, within agreed timescales for new and renewal business • Monitor renewal list and invite renewal 30 days prior to expiry date • Handling client queries, preparing renewal slips, binding and processing • Review client submissions and send to Underwriters for quoting, having compiled a comparison of the expiring information • Review amendment requests from clients, checking against current information, prepare information comparisons as necessary • Request endorsements from Broker Support team and broke endorsements to the Underwriters, within agreed time frames QualificationsSkills & Experience • Preferably degree educated, with the ability to demonstrate strong educational achievements• Ideally strong administrative and/or customer service skills developed throughout employment• Preferably a good understanding surrounding the general principles of Insurance and/or the Aviation sectors• Confident and articulate verbal and written communicatorIf you have experience/exposure in the Insurance industry and have a keen interest in working with Aviation clients, please pass on your CV for us to explore it further What you can expect Working for Marsh provides global opportunities for you to enhance your skill set and experience.
