Position Overview

We have a fantastic opening in Norwich for which we require the successful candidate to become part of a designated team that works to ensure Marsh maintains high quality data within it’s billing systems and adheres to FCA & other UK regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Account Setup over 4 billing systems covering the UK and Ireland, ensuring this data remains up to date and accurate for down stream reporting requirements. This requires a high level of due diligence to be completed across potentially challenging geographies.

  • Deal with sensitive client/market/third party banking information.

  • Regular interaction with our Market Information Group and Fincancial Crime/Compliance/Legal departments.

  • Provide efficient and effective service to our business colleagues complying with set targets, standards and agreed SLA’s.

  • Actively participates in data quality initiatives as well as projects undertaken to improve processes, analyses updates that are requested, and assists various colleagues in the firm with the more difficult reference data issues that arise.

  • Identifies and manages the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness in an efficient fashion.

    Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable desire to explore the world of Data Management, with a willingness to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more key areas.

  • Good academic background supported by good grades at A-Level and/or GCSE in subjects that include Maths and English.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Keen prioritisation/organisational skills in completing assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Competent in the use of MS Office.
