Department Functions:
National Item Master Governance
Product Rationalization (Pharmacy Item Master Governance) Product Distribution Channel
Establish governance and guidelines to ensure item master alignment and rationale across the program
Appropriate management and control of item master additions, changes, inactivation
Product rationalization
Attribute ownership
Operational readiness for new items as a result of new contracts, conversions, etc.
Appropriate upstream and downstream coordination and communication

Essential Functions:
Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
Report development and analytics.
Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
Job shadowing in other functional areas.

Basic Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
3.0 GPA or above.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of enterprise resource plan systems (specifically PeopleSoft). Knowledge of supply chain systems with an interest in data management and optimization. Examples:

Support for new POU implementations in clinical areas
POU inventory end user support via website/service call
POU Forum - monthly end user optimization series
Monitoring of POU performance metrics and improvement plans
Scanning optimization/UDI standards
