Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

You ll plan, schedule, and monitor projects from inception throughdelivery, organizing cross-team activities that balance both business andtechnical needs. Business needs canchange rapidly, so you ll need to stay connected with both internal andexternal dependencies to ensure a high-quality and on-time delivery. It s still early in the lifecycle so you llneed to be good at defining right size processes, developing solutions, anddriving adoption across the organization.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor s orMaster s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Hardware Engineering or relatedfield

5 yearsmanaging large scale technical programs spanning multiple teams andorganizations

3 yearsmanaging external partner programs

2 yearsnegotiating contracts, schedules, and requirements with external partners

2 yearsdeveloping business negotiating contracts, schedules, and requirements withexternal partners

Excellentorganizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Excellentjudgment in influence for product roadmap direction, features, and priorities

Excellentjudgment and customer focus

PreferredQualifications:

Experience managingsoftware and/or hardware development

Experience withInternet networking, Internet exchanges, and/or network peering at scale

Experience withsupply chain management

Experience withnetwork security
