AT&T has an opening for a Senior Manager - To support the Broadside Program (BrS), in providing managed telecommunications/network services to an IC agency customer.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: The position of Deputy Program Manager on the BrS Program is a key position under the BrS contract responsible for delivering the program’s catalog of services to the customers global enterprise. The position will be responsible to manage and administer the accomplishment of all aspects of BrS Statement of Work (SOW). This position reports directly to the BrS Program Manager and works regularly with program leadership, customer leadership and representatives of other IT service providers under the customers Transformers IT ecosystem.

The Deputy Program Manager responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the AT&T Program Manager and to the Government PMO for all aspects of the program to include execution of overall program plan against the approved schedule and budget.

  • Support the Program Manager by provide overall leadership of the execution of the program’s Managed Service Provider Model (MSPM) transformation over the next two years of the program.

  • Support Management of day-to-day and strategic Broadside program control functions. Including but not limited to:

  • Ensure program operations are within financial parameters

  • Delivery of all program CDRL’s and other customer deliverables

  • Analysis and planning for BrS staffing and employee development to meet program needs

  • Ensure BrS program adherence to overall master schedule by highlighting risks and developing action plans with appropriate line managers

  • Support the Program Manager in ensuring program adherence to AT&T policy and guidelines

  • Participate in customer monthly program reviews, cost reviews, risk review, and other customer meetings or briefings

  • As required, prepare materials/briefings

  • Manage program communications plans in support of ongoing operations and MSPM transformation

  • Proactively work with other customer IT service providers under the customer’s Transformers SAIM Model

  • Support the development and improvement of all program management process flows and SOP’s

  • Provide regular status and communications on the progress of program performance

Required Clearance: TSSCI with Polygraph. (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications: Position should have 15 years’ experience as a senior staff member on programs of like or equivalent size and scope. This would include direct experience leading the operational performance of enterprise IT programs of similar size and complexity; preferably against an FFP/SLA contract platform. This includes programs with both domestic and international elements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (STEM). Advanced degrees and certifications are desired particularly in IT Processes and ITIL Service Management.

Desired Qualifications: Advanced degrees are desired such as active PMI or other pertinent certifications in process or service improvement.
