Our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Team supports our Nation’s law-enforcement, national security, and homeland security, providing, operating and assuring mission-critical wireline, wireless (including FirstNet), and vehicle-telematics services for the full spectrum of mission execution.

AT&T has an opening for a Network Architect to support the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Information Officer Headquarters Core Data Requirements, in providing wireline (MPLS and Internet), wireless, and satellite communications on the GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) Contract.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the ENMP team throughout the lifecycle, and he/she will be responsible for establishing relationships with the corresponding government lead.

  • Must have demonstrable experience with all technologies represented in this SOW at the scale represented in HQCD.

Required Clearance:

Eligible to obtain and maintain a DHS Secret clearance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience large scale telecommunication/infrastructure in a highly secured environment at the scale of DHS.

  • Extensive background in WAN, LAN, mobile, satellite and other technologies represented.

  • In depth knowledge of Federal Assessment and Authorization processes, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) special publications and Federal Government security policies, laws and procedures.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage large scale architecture initiatives.

  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance.
