Our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Team supports our Nation’s law-enforcement, national security, and homeland security, providing, operating and assuring mission-critical wireline, wireless (including FirstNet), and vehicle-telematics services for the full spectrum of mission execution.
AT&T has an opening for a Quality Control Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Information Officer Headquarters Core Data Requirements, in providing wireline (MPLS and Internet), wireless, and satellite communications on the GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) Contract.
Provides management with appropriate visibility as to the quality of work products and the institutionalization of standards, processes and procedures at the program and project level.
Included are: methodologies, metrics, scoring parameters, reviews, effectiveness, service delivery assurance, ITIL, ISO 20000 best practices.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust
15+ Years of IT Experience, 10 of which are in Quality Management Education: Minimum an associate degree or 4 years of experience in addition to the required years of experience for the position Bachelor’s
Degree or 8 years of experience in addition to the required years of experience for the position preferred
