CACI International Accounts Payable Asst 2 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
CACI has arrived in OKC! We are excited to open our new Corporate Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City and are searching for an Accounting Assistant 2 to join our new team. As an Accounting Assistant 2 at the Shared Services Center (SSC), you will Provide full cycle AP support to internal and external customers. Review documentation received by the AP team to ensure timely payments, actions or other means of completing requests within expected timelines.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Review requests for payment or requests to reclassify previously recorded payment activity.
Ensure requests and supporting documentation are complete and valid.
Create payment vouchers – manually and through an upload process.
Process payments to suppliers and employees via physical checks and ACH
Respond to inquiries from internal and external business partners relating to supplier invoices and payments.
Facilitate interactions between CACI and suppliers through record management in our Procure-to-Pay system.
Support team members to assist with individual workloads
Experience in navigating ERP and Procurement software
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Position typically requiring at least one year of prior Accounts Payable experience Completion of High School or equivalent.
Effective communications skills Knowledge of Deltek’s CostPoint 7.1, Ivalua’s Procure to Pay, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), GAAP and FAR, desirable but not required
