What you'll get to do:

CACI is seeking a Contracts Manager in our Oklahoma City, OK Shared Services Center (SSC). You will manage contract staff responsible for the formulation of contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and performance standards for division/product areas and programs. You will facilitate effective implementation of contracts responsibilities within program objectives and requirements.

More about this role:

  • Manages and administers company contracts including overseeing proposal preparation and contract negotiation.

  • As contract subject matter expert, advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions, and assists in developing policy.

  • Reviews and resolves all issues affecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements, company, and customer objectives.

  • Provides creative leadership from knowledge of industry best practices and most current developments in contract administration.

  • Participates in planning and policy development issues.

  • Researches and recommends contract policies and procedures.

  • Provides regular reporting to senior management on contract issues. Prepares and provides oversight of reviews and negotiations of and/or negotiates Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s), Teaming Agreements (TA’s), Subcontracts (where CACI is a subcontractor) and modifications to contracts to support company objectives.

  • May oversee creation of procedures and communication material that document contract practices. May oversee the development and maintenance of contract database. May manage contract department budget.

  • Participates in establishing short and long-term contract objectives consistent with organizational strategy. Responsible for the employment, training, motivation, discipline and performance evaluation of assigned employees.

You'll bring these qualifications:

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, with additional training in government contracts, and up to 12 years of related (government contract administration) experience, with three to five years supervisory/management experience. Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules.

These qualifications will be nice to have:

Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
