The Hertz Corporation Executive Customer Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

General Responsibilities

  1. Maintain an average response time of less than 1 business day.

  2. Maintain complete professionalism in all communication with anyone contacting a SMT member/Executive Office in Park Ridge.

  3. Utilize all resources materials in order to document and resolve customer inquiries.

  4. Maintain a portfolio of all contacts, research, resolution, and follow up when necessary with all inquiries.

  5. Follow up in timely manner to insure resolution was met and customer has been notified.

  6. Strong decision making and verbal skills

  7. Must be capable of multi tasking

  8. Must be a demonstrated self starter

  9. Cooperate with Management in maintaining goals and objectives

  10. Criminal background check due to access of Personal Identifiable Data (PID)

  11. All employees’ files will be reviewed and approved by management for acceptable performance and attendance before final acceptance of their application.

Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background:

High School Diploma

Professional Experience:

  1. Must have previous Call Center, Customer Relations, or Reservations Experience

  2. Prior telephone and customer service experience


  • Knowledge of GAR, Carrent, Carisma, Frost, Frequent Traveler, PC Excalibur, Mobius, Sales System, Intranet, and Global systems

  • Microsoft Office


  • Good business communication skills; emphasis on writing (written exam given)

  • Typing 30 wpm (test required)

  • Strong decision making skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision

  • Must be able to handle back to back calls while working emails

  • Must work well with others

  • Must be a demonstrated self starter, quick learner, and capable of handling multioke tasks

  • Ability to work a set schedule of 8 to 5, Monday through Friday
