The Hertz Corporation Senior Oracle Order to Cash Business Analyst in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Provide day to day support of the Oracle R12/11i Financials including applying periodic patches, reporting requirements, ad-hoc requests from business and production system support.
Support and maintain Oracle EBS, including assisting in troubleshooting incidents and identifying and documenting functional errors.
Work with Oracle support services to resolve technical issues and software updates
Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams.
Engage with the business users at different levels to understand business needs and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements Document
Translate Business Requirements Document to system Functional Design Document
Work with offshore development teams to validate Technical Design
Create Test Scripts needed to validate the Functional design
Lead and/or perform system integration testing and/or user acceptance testing and provide the functional support to users
Preparing and executing test plans to ensure that patches and or modifications are thoroughly tested prior to being placed into production.
Responsible for managing projects focused on Oracle EBS migrations, implementations, global rollouts and upgrades.
Must be able to produce detailed system/business requirements specifications, complex data flow diagrams, test plans, swim lane and process diagrams using AIM methodology.
Work with onsite/offshore development teams to validate Technical Design.

Oracle Receivables configuration skills
Oracle Receivables support and troubleshooting
Oracle SLA Configuration
Advanced Oracle SQL skills
Knowledge of Oracle EBS tables and standard interfaces
Functional background knowledge of Oracle Payables, Oracle Assets, Oracle General Ledger
Business Function Knowledge and Skills:
Some technical accounting education, skills and experience preferable
Double entry book keeping skills
Background knowledge of contract management and purchasing
Ability to work with business to understand the Hertz Contract structure and translate the new contractual terms into the Receivables engine setup
