Job Description

CACI has arrived in OKC! We are excited to open our new Corporate Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City and are searching for a Travel Payable Accountant to join our new team. As the Travel Payable Accountant at the Shared Services Center (SSC), you will facilitate resolutions to complex employee and manager inquiries as appropriate; provides subject matter expertise on travel payable issues; works with the Travel team to identify process improvement opportunities and supports related implementation; recognizes service delivery gaps; and recommends and implements solutions to meet service level agreements.

What You’ll Get to Do:

•Assist and help employees and managers in handling and following up on inquiries; provides interpretation in specific Travel Payable transaction processing

•Handles more complex inquiries requiring a detailed or technical knowledge about Travel programs, plans or services; investigates and resolves complex problems, handles disputes; and handles escalated telephone calls and inquiries.

•Initiate training and support to the Travel Payables team to ensure compliance with established process and procedures in an effort to improve service delivery.

•Monitors and maintains quality assurance and service delivery performance metrics

•Provides guidance and instruction using knowledge of the FAR and JTR for procedures on properly documenting and reporting.

•Verify and check transactions to ensure consistency and accuracy of accounting documents.

•Identify discrepancies and determine alternative courses of action, if needed.

•Research accounting records in Costpoint.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Established and productive professional individual contributor

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience

Expense report processing knowledge a plus.
