Reporting into the Retail Solutions Manager, you will join one of the cornerstone verticals of the Oracle Data Cloud. You will become an indispensable part of the day-to-day marketing efforts of the biggest and most innovative brands in the retail space. You will ensure we seamlessly execute client initiatives through the offline ecosystem. The Coordinator will lead all operational projects for Retail direct mail campaigns to ensure we meet SLA s and exceed client expectations.

The Associate Coordinator, Retail Solutions will act as the expert for campaign execution and will be relied upon to support Client Partners, Strategists and Solutions on all internal campaign aspects. You will set up and execute all offline campaigns and project manage the campaign through build and fulfillment. The Oracle Data Cloud helps advertisers and retailers solve interesting and unique business challenges, and you will help all teams flawlessly execute on those ideas.

*Primary Responsibilities: *

*CAMPAIGN ENTRY *Ensure all campaigns are entered correctly into production systems. Disseminate audience requests to appropriate internal execution tactic.

SEAMLESS EXECUTION Own campaign set-up and work with operations build and fulfillment teams to ensure superior build and delivery. Ensure campaign executes flawlessly from audience creation and delivery.

PROJECT MANAGEMENTMonitor campaigns throughout execution layer to ensure timelines are being hit, audiences are being built correctly and trouble-shoot any internal hurdles or setbacks to ensure delivery of campaigns.

*INTERNAL LIAISING *Build partnerships with internal teams at ODC including Operations, Product, Custom Initiatives and Analytics to help identify the most efficient, accurate way to execute campaigns.

*SOLUTIONS PARTNERSHIP *Work closely with Client Partner and Strategy teams to turn campaign requests into operational fruition. Collaborate on the best executional route to accomplish desired campaign.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

*INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: *2 years relevant work experience. Experience with Retail clients a plus.

DATA & MEDIA UNDERSTANDING: Basic understanding of data-driven targeting practices and first party data advertising techniques. Experience with database marketing, media agencies, direct mail consulting firms.

DETAIL ORIENTED: Strong, demonstrated detail-orientation mindset and methodology for executing tasks.

MULTI-TASK: *Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously without error.

MINDSET: *Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work well in teams and can be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment. A natural go-getter, hand-raiser and problem-solver.
