Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

As program manager, we are looking for you to effectively translate product strategy into tangible capabilities for our clients and partners. You will engage with an experienced, cross-disciplinary staff to build solutions for fulfilling ODC audiences to leading ad tech companies. Your work will further establish ODC audiences as a crucial component to the digital advertising ecosystem and expand the breadth and depth of data usage for all marketing use-cases.
Core Program Manager Responsibilities
You are responsible for driving clarity across stakeholders (Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Data Science, and Operations). Key responsibilities of the job include:
Work across teams to ensure functional specifications are complete
Groom user stories for a given feature based on the requirements provided by product management
Write clear and detailed user stories for specific technical needs not addressed by product management and map to business requirements
Responsible for accurate reporting of status on planned/in progress initiatives
Collaborate with implementation teams to size all features and user stories
Manage the user story queue for product features and slot stories into development iterations
Assess alternatives to resolve roadblocks and formulate plans for resolution
Initiate, manage, and implement cross-team efforts with major implications to the business
Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires and in-depth evaluation
Determine new methods and procedures for solving complex issues
Define user acceptance criteria for all facets of a product or capability
Establish on-going tracking and monitoring of product deployments
Identify issues that will keep the product from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements, and communicate to leadership

Technology/Process : Experience with Agile Software development principles and familiarity with associated planning tools such as Rally, JIRA or similar packages. Programming background or experience in mining/analyzing data (via SQL, Excel, etc) a plus.
Work Experience/Education : 6-8 years professional experience with 4 years of program management experience in internet-related software applications, big data management, and advertising technologies; BA/BS in a quantitative discipline; MBA from leading university desirable.
