Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Seeking senior-level program manager to work in the Oracle Beta Programs Office. Will be responsible for managing all phases of external beta testing activities run by product teams in Oracle's product development organizations.
Responsible for definition, management, and delivery of external beta testing activities for Cloud Services, hosted, and on-premise Oracle products. Will work closely with product development, IT, product management, legal, and support teams in design and execution of external beta testing activities.
Recruit external customers and partners to beta test pre-GA products, manage pre-GA release delivery to authorized participants, gather beta testing feedback, disseminate results, and assist with marketing activities. Includes managing pre-GA product release delivery for download, via hosted/cloud environments, and onsite testing at Oracle Headquarters' test lab.
Need excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with large, complex programs with external companies preferred. Knowledge of corporate legal, finance, and security compliance processes a plus. Developer-level knowledge of Application Express webpages, forms, and reports also a plus.
