Read more about our opportunity below Work you ll do/Responsibilities Work with project leadership to clarify project scope, requirements, workplan, timing of project milestones, and to structure delivery teams Coordinate day-to-day activities of delivery center resources and their respective deliverables/artifacts to ensure timely and quality delivery Coordinate teams in the definition, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of logistics & distribution technology Mentor teams in the delivery of high quality work and adapting to new challenges Meet with clients in collaboration with the onsite project team to understand requirements, report progress, resolve project gaps/needs, and present results/recommendations Demonstrate strong ability to analyze and consult with clients on highly complex logistic & distribution technology deployments Demonstrate deep understanding of testing, analytics, and business processes to resolve Manhattan WM, TM, DOM, IM, MIF, and SCI deployment challenges Strong knowledge of Manhattan s suite of modules Lead, coordinate and execute on all project deliverables specific to software deployment and integration projects Manage internal teams while consulting with client technical/functional teams to design and invent processes and solutions to optimize performance The TeamFrom our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to analyze, design, develop, and build solutionsto help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of their supply chains across industries.Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects, integrators, analytics experts, domain specialists to creative digital experts as well as cyber risk and human capital professionals. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborativeteam culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, STEM, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 10 years of logistics & distribution technology deployment experience; with specific experience with Manhattan s Technology Suite (e.g. WM, TM, DOM, IM, MIF, and/or SCI) Lead teams on configuration and implementation of Manhattan modules Manage teams in the blueprint, building and phase deployment specific to Manhattan modules Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies specific to project management such as: Agile, Scrum, RUP, Iterative Manage and lead teams to execute on providing solutions that solve complex business issues Consult with client on teams test results derived from bug tracking solutions similar to JIRA, Qtest, ALM Must have working knowledge of Manhattan Application Suite - WMS, MIF, SCI, TM, IM, DOM Must have working knowledge of WMS configuration and database tables Must be willing to live and work in theOrlando, FL area Must be willing to travel up to 20% Preferred Ability to mentor and lead project teams to deliver task assignments on or before deadlines Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Architect, implement and support warehouse management systems integrations projects specific to Manhattan WMS Deep business process design and modelingMinimum of 5 years big consulting firm and/or industry experience How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
