About the Job:

Works with Technology group and users to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Acts as subject matter expert on assigned applications.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application related issues

  • Provides 24 hour on-call support on a rotating basis

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in MIS or related technology major OR 3-5 Years of Mainframe / AS400 experience in a Production Support or Development role

Strong understanding of SQL

Recent experience writing code in COBOL

Successful candidate must be willing to submit to (and pass) a U.S. Government background investigation as a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience in Java application development

Experience with McCracken Strategy application

Knowledge and experience with Citrix application environment

Knowledge of Websphere distributed environments
