OWE offers a wide range of solutions from optimizing product performance to improving the overall operations efficiency. Our key sectors are Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries, Transportation, Energy and Process Industries. Our main areas of expertise are operations and quality excellence, technical launch and ramp-up, digital manufacturing and analytics, change management, operational strategy implementation and organisational effectiveness. All positions are given the opportunity for rapid professional growth, to participate in entrepreneurial work, and to share the success of the team. _ THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Typically reporting to a Director or Vice President within the Harbour practice, the Senior Manager is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of simultaneous or complex projects in various industries, on time, in full and within the budget. He has an extensive experience in multiple sectors Harbour operates in, provides strong leadership and ensures valid solutions to international clients. MANAGERS are expected to provide daily leadership, project management and stakeholder engagement of single project with multiple consultants/client taskforces. Your missions will include the following : Developing project team skills Developing Intellectual Capital (tools and methods) to reinforce the capabilities of the team Supporting proposal content thinking and writing Taking leadership on internal projects such as training and education of new employees and/or colleagues, recruitment, communication campaigns… Acting as a role model and proactively promoting Harbour Practice within the firm Travelling frequently depending on the need to support clients _ YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE Clients hire Oliver Wyman for specialized expertise, the ideal candidate will have most of the following: Graduate from a top tier Business or Engineering school A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with an international exposure. A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings. Fluent in French and English Proven experience of leading change management and transformation projects in complex environment (multi-locations, tactically difficult…) Extensive knowledge of several relevant sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries, Transportation, Energy, Process industries Knowledge and experience in one of the following domains: Engineering, Quality, Industrial Operations and Services, Digital Manufacturing & Analytics Able to interface professionally, credibly and objectively with colleagues and clients Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, structured and focused Ability to display complex facts in a condensed and descriptive manner Effective time management and organization skills Self-directed and willing to take initiative Client orientation, team player, with ability to adapt to a fast paced & changing work environment Strong working knowledge of MS Office-Word, PowerPoint, Excel (advanced functions and programming) _ OUR VALUES AND CULTURE We’re serious about making OW a rewarding, progressive, enjoyable and balanced place to work.
